Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty Policy:

At Gun Mod Supply, we got your back no questions asked. We offer a 100% full factory warranty on all of our products. Anything that doesn't work or is deemed defective or faulty is covered by our guarantee. The only thing we do not cover is any kind of abuse or misuse of the product. We leave the responsibility in your hands to bring any issues to us, but once you do, we will do anything to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority and we work hard to make sure everything works perfectly and that you as our guest are satisfied. If anything needs a tweak or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at Azgunmods@gmail.com and we will take care of you. 

Refund Policy:

We will do everything possible to fix any product you're having issues with. If no solution is found, we will offer an exchange of your order for any other product of equal value. Refunds will only be given if no technical solutions can be found. 

Cancelation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will have to pay a 10%  fee for your order if you wish to cancel. Orders that have already been packed for shipment cannot be canceled. Pre-orders cannot be canceled. Delivery on all pre-orders is guaranteed, or your money back, no questions asked.
